I just started started working this nonprofit and have the challenge to make the decision to "upgrade" to NETcommunity w/Blackbaud. I find myself kicking and screaming the whole way. I'm now at a standstill with Blackbaud. I perused their CMS system and it is limiting, unsophisticated, and they will charge thousands for customizing your site to make it look un "cookie-cutter".
