They will always be available for users who can log into your YouTube account, but you also can create an &quot;invitation&quot; list of (20?) other users with whom you wish to share those videos. (Remember to disable &quot;embedding&quot;/distribution for web and mobile in YouTube video settings to also ensure privacy.)

There are many different &quot;compression&quot; settings available for video. If you will be hosting video on your own site, you should consult with a professional who understands those options.
