Yes, brilliant. I wonder how they got permission to use copyrighted material or if Mr. Smith goes to Washington is in the public domain?
Beth — great question. We went around on that one, me personally a bunch of times. We do not condone using copyrighted material other than for fair use and fair use is an interesting concept. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use
Given this and some conversations we have had some experts, I am confident that this is entirely fair use as a fun parody.
